As a general rule we do not share your personal information with any third parties. We only share it with the two platforms that power our online store (i.e. Shopify and Pay Pal Payment Gateway). These two platforms need to process this information in order to enable the website to serve its purpose and for orders to be fulfilled. At the same time we also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information should we have to do so to comply with the Laws of Malta, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights in case of need in accordance to the Laws of Malta.
Access to your personal information
As a resident of Malta, which is an EU Member State, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of the EU, including to Canada and the United States, in view of the mechanisms that Shopify and Pay Pal use to perform their functions.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
We will not use your personal information to target you with any marketing material. We will only send you marketing material should you specifically opt in to receive it when asked.
