Delivery Policy

 

1.1 Orders should be delivered from Monday till Friday within 5 working days from your order between 09.00hrs and 19.00hrs.  In the eventuality that this will not be possible we will contact you to try to find alternative arrangements. You are required to follow the instructions at checkout and fill in the requested details correctly in order to enable a smooth delivery.

1.2 Deliveries are carried out all over Malta and Gozo. 

1.3 When we carry out the delivery a person must be present in order to sign that they have received the goods. If no one is there to receive the goods within the stipulated times we will leave a note as a record of the attempted delivery. In this case and even in case the delivery would not be able to be executed because of missing or erroneous information from your side, we will contact you to try arrange an alternative date for a second delivery. If no mutually convenient time can be agreed you will be invited to pick up the goods yourself at our premises.

1.4 Deliveries are carried out till the main outside door on the ground floor of the delivery address. 

1.5 Deliveries of orders of Eur 35.00 or more will be free. Deliveries of Eur 34.99 or less will incur a Eur 5.00 delivery charge. For deliveries to Gozo, since work with a courier, a flat delivery charge of Eur 6.50 will apply to any order. Deliveries can be executed up to the main door leading to the street of a block or tenement at ground floor level. 

1.6 Orders can also be collected for free from Copyclub, 59/61, Triq l-Esperanto, Msida during opening hours. Before coming to collect your order please call us beforehand.
